We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice to soothe the nervous system and gently check in with the body. This practice helps us arrive fully present — open and aware of ourselves, and ready to connect with others.
After yoga, we’ll bring that sacred center and awareness into time with the horses. Being in deep witness and reception of yourself with the herd can support your inner voice and knowing. You’ll have the chance to feel what it’s like to be centered and received in this state by another. Together, we’ll rest into a shared sense of peace, safety, and trust — weaving the energy of yoga into the healing wisdom of horse time.
