5-WEEK SERIES SCHEDULE
WEEK 1 (March 15): Understanding Your Pelvic Floor
An educational overview of pelvic floor anatomy and function, why incontinence is so common, and how breathing, posture, and daily habits affect bladder control. This class sets the foundation and helps participants understand what’s happening in their bodies. The first set of exercises will be introduced.
WEEK 2 (March 29): Breathing, Pressure & Bladder Support
We’ll explore how breathing mechanics and intra-abdominal pressure influence the pelvic floor. Participants will learn simple breathing strategies and gentle movements to reduce strain and support bladder confidence in daily life. Exercises will progress.
WEEK 3 (April 12): Pelvic Floor Coordination & Core Connection
This class focuses on how the pelvic floor works with the core and hips. We’ll introduce safe, accessible movements that build awareness and coordination rather than force or tension. Again, exercises will be replaced with more advanced movements and integrated with core strategies.
WEEK 4 (April 26): Movement Strategies for Real Life
We’ll apply pelvic floor principles to common activities like standing, lifting, exercise, and transitions. The goal is to help participants feel more confident moving without fear of leaking.
WEEK 5 (May 10): Putting It All Together
A review and integration class that ties everything together. We’ll reinforce key concepts, answer questions, and help participants create a sustainable plan they can continue using beyond the series.
