How to Enter:
Sign up in person at Smelter City Brewing.

Entry Guidelines
• One crockpot per entry
• Please provide one full crockpot (6 to 8 quarts recommended)
• Chili must be fully prepared before arrival
• No on-site cooking permitted
• Bring your own crockpot or warming device
• Bring extension cords if needed
• Bring your own serving utensil
• All entries must be set up and ready by 2:45 PM

All chili must be kept at safe serving temperatures. Smelter City Brewing reserves the right to remove any entry that does not meet food safety standards.

All chili entries will automatically be entered into:
• Best Chili
• Second Place
• People’s Choice
• Second Place
• People’s Choice
If your chili is vegetarian, it will also be eligible for:
• Best Vegetarian Chili
Chilis with unique ingredients, creative concepts, or standout presentation may also be considered for:
• Most Creative Chili
There is no need to select a category when entering. Every chili competes for Best Chili and People’s Choice. Vegetarian entries simply need to be noted at check-in.
Judges will determine Best Chili, Second Place, Best Vegetarian, and Most Creative.
People’s Choice will be decided by public vote during tasting hours.

Winners will be announced following the close of voting.
