Yoga Camp for Kids: Tools for Life (June 15-18)

06/15/2026 9:00 am
Four summer mornings of movement, breath, creativity, and connection.
Kids Yoga Camp: Tools for Life is designed to help kids build simple, practical tools they can use anywhere. At home. At school. With friends. When feelings feel big.
This is not a loud, high-energy sports camp.
It’s steady. Supportive. Skill-building. And still very fun.
Each day includes:
– Check-in circle
– Breath tools for calm + energy
– Playful yoga flow
– Healthy snacks
– Outdoor movement and park time
– Creative journaling or art
– Connection games
– Closing reflection
Kids practice feeling calm in their bodies, confident in their voices, and capable when life throws something their way.
